Tons of information abound about German stamps- one of the best sources of information anywhere.  Authentication services of German stamps, separating fact from fraud, are offered here.

2.  trsg-usa.com.  This is actually a  website for  Third Reich-era German stamps.  While the website is not an endorsement of those values in any way, shape, or form, it does have over 3000 pages( and growing) of material to review from 40 years of journals on the subject.  This is probably the most comprehensive site for this information anywhere on the web.

3. Stamp-collecting-world.com -   A great overview of European stamps, including those of Germany.  It's actually pretty comprehensive, and the picture are incredible!  Where did they get those stamps?  Anyway, a great place to check out.

4.  Stamps.org  The website of the American Philatelic Society, this site has a  ton of information about philately around the world for everyone from the beginner to the world-class expert.  Stamps can be authenticated here as well.  A must-see.

5.  Germayphilatelicsociety.org  The Germany stamp society of the UK, this is a mighty fine website, and a very knowledgeable group of folks.
